2. Place all job materials in the folder. (We need sound files, caption, log notes, meeting minutes, if an appeal-the Opening Notice).

3. Click on the same folder once to highlight/block, then right click and select “Compress to”, then select “Zip file”.

4. After filling out the “Audio/Video Transcription” form on our website, click the submit button then select your zipped folder then click “Send.”
